UKG’s Technology Learning and Growth (TLG) team is seeking a Learning Program Manager who is passionate about improving programs to help our technology employees thrive. As a Learning Program Manager with TLG you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring programs and inter-connected projects related to technology employee onboarding. The Learning Program Manager will communicate with stakeholders, work with team learning experience designers to coordinate onboarding programs, and create new systems/metrics to measure the success of onboarding programs across the entire TLG team. The goal of the Learning Program Manager is to ensure that all programs/projects deliver the desirable outcomes outlined by its stakeholders and leadership.

Technology Learning and Growth is a team of highly motivated, passionate, and innovative UKrewers continually working to create a better learning and growth experience for all UKrewers in the Technology & Innovation organization. The team has tackled efforts such as onboarding, skills growth assessments, asynchronous learning, technology training events, and more!


Manage resources for multiple projects/programs simultaneously, while driving completion of deliverables to target completion dates
Define success metrics and measure them in a data driven way
Gather feedback so programs can evolve to better meet customer needs
Coordinate programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
Provide visibility, reporting and key metrics around key initiatives and deliverables
Scheduling of program events, automation of programs.
Be a strategic business partner representing the technology learning and growth team
Build strong relationships with team members/internal partners
Plan and adjust team priorities by understanding how the program fits into those priorities
Influence management so that they receive the necessary support and resources - Collaborate and drive change at every level and function across the organization

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of previous experience in program management, project mgmt, business experience or a combination of the three
Experience supporting organizations with high degree of complexity
Ability to analyze and interpret data to build strategies and action plan
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic and self-motivated individual
Certification as a project or program management professional is preferred
Technical knowledge or background is a plus
