We are seeking a motivated, experienced, hard-working and practical legal assistant or paralegal to join our global legal department to primarily support the corporate affairs function. In this role, you will work closely with our domestic and international corporate attorneys, as well as interact with other departments such as Tax, Finance, Sales, and the company’s senior management. You will also support the larger legal team as needs arise. This role requires an individual who can be self-motivated and highly collaborative, who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and is able to work both independently and with teams on complex, confidential and time sensitive matters. This role is an in-office position located in Lowell, Massachusetts

• Coordinating and assisting in obtaining executive, board and committee signatures for corporate documents, agreements and other materials
• Coordinating, managing, maintaining and filing corporate records
• Preparing, updating and filing of applications for permits, licenses and other governmental filings
• Supporting a team of domestic and international corporate attorneys
• Assisting the business with general legal inquiries, ensuring compliance to established policies and principles
• Providing support to the legal team on projects as needs arise
• Performing other duties as assigned


• 2+ years of legal assistant or paralegal experience either in a law firm or in-house legal team environment, or a combination of both
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, Visio, SpringCM, Salesforce or other similar CMS and CPQ tools
• Experience working in a global company
