Within the Logistics team, you will support the product related operational needs of the sales team and customer product team, that’s in charge of providing technical support services on the use of Kronos multi-tenant cloud based Time and Labour applications. You will on daily basis:

• Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Packaging and shipment of small-size parcels via UPS courier services
• Communicate with suppliers to follow up on outstanding purchase orders
• Reception of purchased goods (small size)
• Manage inventory levels and arrange stocking of equipment to ensure they meet sales and depot repair requirements
• Periodically reporting of inventory levels and outstanding orders
• Part-time participation in the pool of incoming phone calls (reception/customer support)

Profile:
• Ability to work with little supervision and track/understand supply chain processes
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics administration software and Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
• Outstanding organizational skills, strong attention to detail and a tenacity to be accurate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dutch – English or French – English language skills (Combination of Dutch, French & English language skills is a plus)
• Proven experience in a customer service role is beneficial

Qualifications

Bachelor or equal by work experience
Multi lingual (English and Dutch and/or French)
Excellent organizational skills,
Ability to work with commonly used Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook)
