This position works as part of the Governance, Risk and Compliance department, which is responsible for management of cyber risk across the enterprise.  The role offers the opportunity to be engaged in all facets of cyber risk including security, privacy, and risk management, and security and compliance program development.  As a member of the department, the individual will be committed to overall data protection risk management and its role in the company's continued success.  The Cyber Risk Manager is a highly visible role that interfaces with key stakeholders in the organization and may also support UKG customers and Partners. The position demands an organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work and support multiple initiatives simultaneously; strong communication and customer focus is required.

The Cyber Risk Manager will have people management responsibilities for locally based GRC analysts that support UKG’s GRC Customer and Corporate programs.

The Cyber Risk Manager will also act as the local subject matter expert on risk management topics for internal customers.

• Support team of cyber risk analysts working across multi disciplines including customer, corporate and customer assurance risk programs. Provide team guidance and feedback on risk subject matters, priorities and challenges encountered.
• Act as a liaison with the Governance, Risk and Compliance management team to ensure work of local analysts is in line with the objectives and expectations of service managers.
• Assist in establishing and driving risk assessments of corporate operations in local offices, identifying the impact and likelihood of risks, assisting the build remediation plans and tracking risks through resolution.
• Develop relationships with key local stakeholders to understand business objectives and priorities to ensure risk program development efforts support the organizations goals and growths while at the same time identifying existing and potential risks.
• Support the growth and development of the local team of Cyber Risk analysts, identifying opportunities to further skillsets and professional development.
• Support the reporting of risks identified and remediation activities to stakeholders.
• Influence across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive improvements in risk management functions.
• Serve as an internal risk management consultant to provide subject matter expertise, providing guidance and support to business process owners and stakeholders
• Design and implement reporting on key information security and privacy risk performance indicators
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management


• BE/ B.Tech/ MCA degree in Computer Information Systems/Management Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7 years related work experience in risk management or information security governance and/or related functions such as audit.
• Experience directly managing and supporting a team of individual contributors, providing feedback and guidance on work product, challenges and opportunities for improvement and development.
• Experience in implementing risk management activities in off-shored business operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop positive relationships and effectively communicate with colleagues, business partners and all levels of management
• Experience with information security management frameworks is desirable such as AT101 SOC 2, ISO27001 series, ITIL, CobiT, NIST and /or experience supporting regulatory and compliance programs in organizations with global operations
• CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or similar information security, risk management or compliance certifications highly desired
