Description & Qualifications


The Manager, Data Warehouse Engineering will be responsible for driving engineering that enables our enterprise-wide Data and AI platform to drive business value and customer success.
• This individual will be responsible to be the technical leader of a team of developers, and one who participates in the design and development of features and resolution of defects
• They will also be responsible for delivering a quality release and set of features – making decisions about feature readiness and identifying areas for quality improvements
• The individual will be responsible for managing a team of development engineers in an agile method
• Deliver a high scale and high reliability data warehouse and supporting tools and utilities
• Improve product quality through best in market engineering practices
• Partner closely with the leadership to optimize delivery of data insights, and realization of greater business value
• Empower other product and business teams to grow their analytics capabilities as their needs expand, supported by a centralized and flexible data warehouse
• Keep pace with the changing business environment, technology, and data innovation in order to optimize data value and mitigate risks


• Experience designing and implementing data-centric solutions
• Strong customer focus (internal and external)
• Understanding of customer centricity and design thinking to drive solutioning
• Extensive experience building and managing a diverse and inclusive team environment with strong commitment to respect, equality, collaboration, and teaming
• Strong demonstrated ability to skillfully hire, develop, lead, motivate, performance manage, and coach a cross-section of data and technology professionals and managers
• Highly technical, confident at the operational management level and comfortable in an engineering heavy organization
• Experience with highly sensitive data and maintaining its security as a top priority; understanding big data and technology at scale
• More than 7 years of experience with increasing responsibility leading a data related team within a complex global business environment
• Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent experience
