UKG is seeking a customer-focused, highly energetic and experienced leader to manage a team of Executive Relationship Managers (ERMs) across EMEA. The Executive Relationship Management Team delivers a differentiated experience by serving as a trusted advisor to our customers by maximizing the value of our software, services and UKG network. As Manager, you will support the team to accomplish objectives by managing and coaching ERMs to establish relationships of value within the customer base. Manager activities will include conducting 1:1’s, providing regular feedback, establishing direction, participating in customer meetings, and other related activities.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Motivates team members to enhance strategic goals and exceed financial objective
• Coaches ERMs on how to identify and grow opportunities within their respective territory
• Participates in developing a long-term strategic relationship management plan that supports the execution of the Relationship Management business strategy
• Inspects and guides on strategic account plans for customers within account bas
• Supports the team in all internal and external relationship aspects, including executive alignment, strategic initiatives and product/service solution
• Coaches ERMs on building trusted advisor relationships in the customer's organization
• Conducts ongoing reviews of “at-risk” customers
• Coaches, mentors, and develops employees, including overseeing new hire onboarding process and providing career development planning and opportunities; maintains a safe, secure, and legal work environment
• Provides effective performance feedback through formal performance reviews, employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action


• A proven background in Workforce Management is highly desirable, preferably in the retail industry
• You should have a customer first approach and follow our “Partners for Life” ethos
• You need to demonstrate a strategic mindset to enable persuasive value conversations with customers at an executive level
• You should possess intellectual curiosity and strong negotiation skills
• Prior experience in managing a team
• Strong financial acumen, with P&L Management experience a plus
• Fluent in English required, fluency in German or French a plus
• Up to 50% travel mainly in the UK and Europe
