About the Team:

The mission of the EPIC Executive Administrative team is to provide value-driven administrative support services to the global Engineering, Product, Innovation and Cloud (EPIC) organization enabling our teams to work productively and efficiently, to achieve EPIC’s strategic intent. The team is comprised of (15) Executive and Administrative Professionals who leverage their diversity of thought and unique skill sets to creatively problem solve, drive customer satisfaction, be agents of change and innovation, and build meaningful connections with their leaders and the EPIC community.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, pro-active, and creative Manager to lead people and manage our ways of working for our EPIC Executive Team. In this role, you will lead a team of Executive Assistant and Administrative Professionals in service and support of EPIC Senior leaders and the global EPIC community driving exceptional customer service and better business outcomes and experiences.

Qualified candidates are skilled:

Managing and supervising a team of highly skilled Administrative and Executive support team; connecting the value of our mission, behaviors, and strategy at every opportunity; delivering a high standard of service to our internal teams and customers; and can adapt and lead effective change in a productive way.
You will work closely with additional Managers of Executive and Administrative Support, C-suite and senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure administrative services and ways of working are customer-centric and drive business agility.

*** Hybrid role: requiring to be in the Lowell, Ma office 3x week ***

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Executive and Administrative professionals driving a business rhythm and cadence across EPIC and UKG
• Lead, influence, be a change agent, a problem solver, and a connector of dots
• Embody a growth mindset, driving the team and others to reach a higher level of accountability.
• Lead by example to cultivate and maintain a culture built on teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive innovative ways of working and processes that improve overall performance and efficiency for our team and EPIC.
• Foster employee engagement by supporting initiatives that build community and bring people together.

Qualifications

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of people management experience is required with experience leading a team of Executive Assistants or Administrative Professionals.
• 4+ years of experience providing support to C-Suite or Executive level leadership is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Other Qualifications:

• Cultivate and maintain a strong partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of strategic priorities through strong communication, presentation and influencing skills and an acute customer focus.
• Provide comprehensive support in planning, managing logistics, promoting, and executing events to ensure all event objectives are met.
• Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and the demonstrated ability to pivot based on business needs and priorities.
• Able to perform in a hybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in the office.
