Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager, Integration Consulting. As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of integration consultants and technology experts based in Uruguay. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless integration of our services for clients, providing leadership, guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team of integration consultants and technology experts in Uruguay.
• Provide guidance on technology troubleshooting, issue resolution, client interactions, and scheduling conflicts.
• Develop team members through training plans, ongoing coaching, annual reviews, career pathing, promotion readiness reviews, and goal creation.

Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement tool and process improvements to drive efficiencies, optimize reporting, and enhance customer experience.
• Encourage and lead consultants to actively contribute to process enhancements.
• Prioritize and collaborate on corporate, cross-functional initiatives representing TAS.

Reporting and Dashboards:
• Communicate and report on integration initiatives through monthly dashboards.
• Provide comprehensive reporting on overall team delivery and contribution to GDS (Global Delivery Services).

Customer Focus:
• Demonstrate the highest degree of responsiveness and service to both the team and customers.
• Work closely with all teams to ensure efficient functioning of the integration process and to remove any obstacles hindering quality and customer experience.
• Work directly with enterprise-level customers at all points during the project lifecycle.

Compliance and Accountability:
• Ensure adherence to organizational and team compliance in areas such as training, utilization, deliverables, and accountability.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in high volume Customer Service organization
• 3+ years’ experience leading a team of 10+ technology driven consultants
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and define solutions, issues at all knowledge and business levels
• Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate internally and externally
• HCM product experience is a plus
