Description
Manager, Global Marketing Operations is primarily responsible for the management and strategic advancement of operations for the Global Marketing organization. The Manager contributes to the goal of maximizing efficiency by way of optimizing operational processes, commensurate with the best interest of shareholders, customers, and employees. This role clearly understands and articulates the business requirements (current and future) for the Marketing organization to meet their stated objectives and leads a team of business professionals to support that effort.This position serves as the lead liaison with the internal customer community in Marketing, Sales Operations, and with the internal IT department.
Responsibilities Include:
• Provide vision and leadership in defining and delivering business solutions required by the organization to maximize efficiency and return on Marketing Program investment
• Define priorities and recommend investments in accordance with budgetary and time constraints
• Review existing solutions and make recommendations on upgrades and replacements in conjunction with corporate organizational objectives
• Guide decision-making at all levels of the organization through meaningful reports, analyses, and insightful recommendations
• Lead a team responsible for all execution within Eloqua including Campaign management, precise targeting, and advanced logic programming
• Manage the lead scoring program, create procedure and training documentation
• Monitor the UKG Lead Management Process from data capture through lead creation
• Represent expertise to internal clients in the strategies, tactics, and day-to-day needs of interactive marketing
• Manage professional staff in development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational objectives
• Develop professional staff to identify and meet their career goals within UKG

Qualifications
Qualifications Include:• 5+ years' experience in database management, integrations, and reporting with a strong understanding of the challenges that marketers face from day-to-day
• The ability to integrate the cross-functional needs of marketing, technology, and other areas of an organization into an effective business solution
• Analytical skills coupled with a solid business foundation, particularly in marketing topics
• Working knowledge of campaign planning, execution, and measurement
• Strong organizational skills
• Eloqua or Marketo Power User experience
• MS Access and Excel skills required
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Power User a plus
