Gestionar al equipo de consultores de Preventas que trabajan principalmente con nuestro equipo de ventas directas, indirectas y socios comerciales (partners). Igualmente trabajar con todas las demás áreas funcionales para asegurar que se cumplen los objetivos de ingresos de la compañía. Asegurar que los equipos de ventas reciban los niveles requeridos de asistencia en la ejecución de levantamientos, demostraciones, construcción de casos de negocio y responder las preguntas de los prospectos. El Presales Manager, es responsable de contratar, deslindar, ejecutar evaluaciones de desempeño y revisiones de pagos.

• Entender las habilidades de cada miembro del equipo y trabajar en sus planes de desarrollo individual.
• Conducir sesiones presenciales y/o remotas con sus subordinados para evaluaciones de desempeño y sugerencias de mejora.
• Trabajar con ventas y su equipo de liderazgo en la definición de estrategias y enfoques.
• Preguntar regularmente retroalimentaciones al equipo gerencial de ventas para mejoras.
• Responsable de la carga de trabajo entre sus subordinados.
• Proveer y coordinar entrenamientos para sus consultores de Preventas en campo, sobre tópicos como: entrenamientos en producto, industria, ROI, venta de valor, etc.
• Reclutar, contratar y retener a los consultores de Preventas.
• Servir como punto de escalación inmediata ante problemas del área.
• Ayudar a determinar el nivel de calificación y estrategia con prospectos.
• Frecuente interacción de dos vías en la interacción con mercadotecnia para desarrollar mensajes y programas específicos por vertical y sub vertical de negocio. Proveer retroalimentación real de nuestros clientes en los mensajes de mercadotecnia.
• Ser en conducto para que el equipo entregue retroalimentación real de nuestros clientes a los equipos gerenciales de producto y las necesidades de la región.
• Cuando sea necesario, trabajar en conjunto con las demás áreas funcionales para reparar la relación con Clientes insatisfechos.


UKG is looking to hire a Manager of Presales Consulting for our presales team in Mexico. This individual will manage a team of Presales Consultants who work primarily with our direct sales team and our indirect sales partners. Also works in conjunction with other cross-functional departments to ensure we are meeting revenue targets. Ensures that the sales team receives the required level of assistance in executing assessments, performing demos, building business cases, and answering prospects' questions, proving the value of UKG solutions to our customers and prospects. The Presales Manager is responsible for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.

• Understands team members' skill sets and works with everyone on development plans.
• Conducts remote and on-site observations of each subordinate consultant for skill evaluation and suggests improvements.
• Works with Sales and Sales leadership on account strategy and approach.
• Regularly asks for feedback from sales management to improve.
• Responsible for workload balance among subordinates.
• Provide/Coordinate new presales rep training in the field - around topics such as product training, industry training, ROI/value training, etc.
• Recruit, hire and retain presales consultants.
• Serve as the escalation point for issues within the immediate area.
• Help determine the qualification level and strategy of prospective deals.
• Frequent two-way interaction with marketing collaborating on market direction and developing specific messaging/programs for vertical and sub-market segments. Provide feedback on real-world customer reactions to marketing messages.
• Conduit for the team to provide real-world feedback to the various Product Management teams on product requirements for the region.
• When necessary, in conjunction with other functional areas, work with dissatisfied customers to help repair relationships.

Qualifications

Experiencia gerencial previa es obligatoria para esta posición, incluyendo el dirigir evaluaciones de desempeño, contrataciones, terminaciones y motivación de empleados.
• Los candidatos deben poseer el conocimiento del ciclo de ventas consultivo y sus técnicas.
• Conocimiento generar de procesos de consultoría
• Requieren en particular una muy buena presentación personal (tanto presencial como remoto), habilidades de comunicación y escritura correcta.
• Experiencia en gestión de la fuerza laboral y capital humano es una ventaja
• Bilingüe español e ingles es requerido

Posición localizada en la Ciudad de México


Prior management experience is a must for this position, including conducting performance reviews, hiring/termination, and employee motivation.

• Candidates should possess an understanding of the consultative sales cycle and sales techniques
• Must also have an understanding of general consulting processes
• Requires solid presentation (either in person or remote) skills knowledge, along with excellent writing skills.
• Experience in the Workforce Management or Human Capital Management field is a plus.
• English and Spanish speaking skills required
• Position is located in Mexico City Mexico
• Future Travel is expected - up to 50%
