The Manager, Professional Services Consulting leads a team of Project Managers & Solution Consultants that are responsible for defining client needs, developing a solution to meet those needs, and overseeing the implementation of the complete project solution. The Manager provides leadership throughout the launch cycle for assigned customers in their portfolio and partners with other departments to deliver an experience that is aligned with expectations. Externally, this role works with executive-level customer executives to build relationships, act as an escalation point, while being the voice of the customer for all their UKG needs.

• Owns the overall client experience through implementation for each client in their portfolio of projects
• Serves as the Executive Sponsor for UKG on their projects, and engages with C-Level and VP Level client executives on a regular basis to ensure project oversight and success
• Accountable for meeting company financial metrics and performance targets for their team and project portfolio
• Responsible for the success of their portfolio working with both their own team members and managing those reporting into other groups in a matrix structure
• Assigns team members to new projects, ensuring their skills are matched appropriately with new client projects
• Coach & Grow and prepare team members for promotion
• Build relationships within UKG to develop the appropriate network of go-to people across all department
• Lead the team through company changes


• 5+ years’ experience managing and mentoring consultants with a focus in HRMS/Payroll industry
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Experience in process improvement & change management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• PMP Certification preferred
• Must reside in Pacific Time Zone
