Description

QA Manager, will be responsible for high quality deliverables, on time as per release criteria through assigned team. Should be skilled and experienced of testing methodologies/practices, test automation and team management. Ability to contribute in product discussions and decisions, related to requirements, technical design, release criteria, test strategy, test automation, planning and delivery.

Description:
- Responsible for timely delivery with high quality, as per release criteria and meeting the defined requirements
Ability to organize and motivate a team, analyze and resolve risks, execute a project plan and communicate status accurately.
Individual should be customer focused and take the end to end responsibilities for his deliverables
Keep motivating his teams and continually raising the bar and drive their teams to deliver high quality products, services, and processes
Provide mentoring to the team and provide guidance and support in using processes and tools.
Create environment of learning and always seek to improve teams and himself. Curious about new possibilities and act to explore them.

- Participate and Contribute in various forums, discussions related to defining/discussing requirement, technical design, effort estimation, time lines, deliverables, daily/weekly/periodic discussions, reviews
- Lead the team to deliver test strategy, test plan, test cases, automation of test cases
- Learn product functionality and develops domain knowledge to ensure the test strategy, automation design/solution, test coverage is appropriate for high quality product delivery
- Prioritize requirements, deliverables and communicates with team to deliver as per organization priorities, schedule
- Plan, track the deliverables and regularly share the status to stake holders
- Timely identification and mitigation of technical and non-technical risks /impediments
- Guide/supervise and lead team from front on technical areas, processes and new initiatives
- Manage/Supervise team of 5-8 software engineers thorough partnering, coaching, discussions, reviews, goal setting and development plans
- Collaborate with stake holders, peers, teams to ensure organization success across globe
- Follow Kronos processes, practices and policies and helps in implementation at team level
- Motivating, Mentoring and guiding the team to achieve assignments

Qualifications

- Bachelors in Computer Science/ Engineering, B.Tech/B.Sc in relevant domains. Masters in similar stream preferred
- At least 3 years experience into People Management, Team Management role with 5+ members team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 12+ years of relevant industry experience
-Strong experience in Cloud Native SaaS based software products
- Excellent experience on Testing processes, methodologies , Ui and API Automation tools
- Proven track record of testing, automation and delivery high quality products
- Experience in testing and automation for SAS based solutions
- Able to work in an Agile/ Scrum mode
- Excellent people management skills
- Team mentoring, not an autocratic leader, open to ideas & allowing the team to take initiative
- Key skills include an ability to organize and motivate a team, analyze and resolve risks, execute a project plan and communicate status accurately
- A strong quality assurance management background, with working experience, knowledge of automation technologies (UI and API)
