Description & Requirements


• Leading one or more engineering teams at a time
• Mentoring engineers of all experience levels and managing your teams’ performance to increase the output of the people you lead and others around them
• Experience working with scalable/high-performance systems, and understanding complex technical areas along the way
• Guiding and making decisions to enable the building of efficient solutions to customers business problems, and a comfort level interfacing with the customer directly if needed
• Being accountable for your team creating software and solutions that are robust, reliable, and user-friendly
• Continuously improving the full software development lifecycle - problem definition, design, development, testing, demoing, and supporting production use of the features you own
• Experience with operations, on-call engineering, and leading incident responseBalancing immediate business objectives against long-term strategic vision


• Computer Science/Business undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (TeamCity, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Self-motivated, positive team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience with event-driven architecture and testing patterns
