We are seeking an innovative Manager, Technical Program Management to lead a team of program and project managers, who execute complex solutions and initiatives. You and your team will work cross-functionally with many teams including the development, engineering, and business teams. Utilize your previous experience as a Technical Program Manager along with your business and leadership skills to drive programs and activities across the business. As a people leader, you will attract, hire, coach, and manage the performances and career growth of your team members. You will also be responsible for the holistic transformation; people, process, policy and technology of each program, leading cross-functional activities to ensure that decisions are made that reflect the most impactful and important work that are in alignment with our corporate and divisional goals.

To ensure success, you should exhibit strong leadership skills and extensive experience in leading technical program management teams in a related industry.

Manager, Technical Program Management Responsibilities:

Collaborate across Business Stakeholders, Product and Engineering partners, and Enablement teams to thoroughly understand the products and direction, align on program scope and dependencies, and forecast timelines to deliver on projects and initiatives

Be the key driver to ensure business goals are met and drive the strategic vision of each program

Drive programs toward the achievement of overarching and ongoing strategic objectives

Define and oversee governance

Work with stakeholders to define objectives and requirements

Define scope, expected outcomes and success criteria with stakeholders

Contributing ideas to product development initiatives

Planning and managing all program stages

Reporting progress to senior leadership

Report and manage capacity of the team, working with Product and Business teams to ensure proper projects are represented on shared roadmaps and identifying capacity concerns

Anticipate problems; formulate solutions so as not to impede the progress of the program

Ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget and with quality

Overseeing deployment and integration

Diagnosing and resolving issues

Keeping up with advancements in technologies


Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar

6+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a related industry

2+ years as a people leader

Established record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance standards

Experience leading complex projects involving multiple teams that can be remote and across different time zones

Experience defining programs and implementing them across a team focused on delivering projects that meet business needs

Experience applying continuous process improvement concepts, theory, and tools

Experience with agile methodologies

Human Capital Management (HCM) experience preferred
