The Manager, Training and Enablement is responsible for designing and delivering customized, interactive training for the UKG Relationship Management Organization. This position assesses organization-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees around the programs, processes, products, tools, and technologies required to fulfill the expectations of their roles. This position works with the Director of Relationship Management Strategy and Operations and their team of learning program managers to actively identify, creatively design, and implement effective methods to educate, train and enhance performance. The Training and Enablement team also partners cross-functionally to leverage existing training materials and ensure the Relationship Management organization can adapt to changes implemented by complimentary organizations.  

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement a variety of instructional curricula and educational materials for a blended learning solution to support the Relationship Management organization

Create learning programs that link organizational and learning needs to competencies, curriculum, and course objectives

Work with Relationship Management Leadership team to understand their point of view and needs regarding training and enablement for their teams and ensure learning needs are appropriately supported in the various geographies

Work with internal stakeholders to capture, illustrate, and garner adoption of best practices

Continually measure and interpret/use training evaluation data to recommend revision/modifications to learning curricula/materials

Oversee the Learning Management System as well as the content lifecycle of learning and enablement offerings for the Relationship Management organization

Develop and conduct on-site and remote training sessions as appropriate to cover a variety of topics either independently or with other subject matter experts

Continually assess employees' learning needs in relation to organizational goals

Serve as liaison for the organization to UKG learning committees and staff development planning groups

Manage and routinely update a comprehensive new hire onboarding program, reboarding to support evolution of roles and continued education curriculum to sharpen critical skills

Provide leadership, professional expertise, and direction in the planning and execution of quality learning programs

Research industry standards, best practices, and trends for leadership development and recommend enhancements to training and enablement programs


Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning Theory, Training and Enablement, or related field

Minimum of 5 years within a Training and Enablement role, preferably in Relationship Management training objectives for a global audience

Minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably leading instructional designers, multimedia developer resources, training, and enablement teams

Knowledge and proven expertise in administering online teaching and learning methods

Self-driven with the ability to effectively lead a team through prioritization and execution of projects

Demonstrated history of superior communication skills, verbal and written, with diverse personalities, technical competency levels, and cultures

Become an end user subject matter expert for tools and systems utilized by Relationship Management

Strong PC/Mac skills and knowledge in MS Office, Adobe Captivate and Articulate
