Description & Qualifications


The Sr. Manager, Workplace Services reports to the Director, Workplace Services and is responsible for providing operational support as a regional leader, for the Workplace Services organization based in our Indianapolis, Indiana location and overseeing the Workplace Services team at 7 regional sites in North America. The Sr. Manager will build experiences that engage U Krewers, and drive a workplace environment that enhances the U Krewers experience.

Support is focused on, but not limited to, leading operational activities within the day-to-day operations, employee experience and program management. This role requires a seasoned leader who is an enthusiastic, proactive individual, with outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver incredible customer service, organization, and collaboration.

What You'll Do

Own day-to-day office operations at our Indianapolis, Indiana location

Manage Workplace Services team at 6 of UKG’s regional offices in North America. Including, Toronto, Montreal, St. Louis, Nashville, Indianapolis, Eden Prairie

Lead, inspire and develop the team to achieve their best and provide best-in-class environments and experiences

Partner with cross-functional departments and leaders to create a plan for facilitating a workplace experience for all employees that is consistent with our company value, Our Purpose is People

Be a value-adding member of the Global Workplace team, ensuring that culture, workplace services, and communication are consistent across our portfolio by Implementing best practices, and innovative programs

Stay in tune with industry trends and think of possible office enhancements and events that will engage, empower, and/or inspire team members.

Complete regular budget, safety and space audits

Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with building management and other vendors

Provide people leadership by developing diverse thought and approach within team of direct reports.

Develop a strategic approach for identifying and managing impactful initiatives, including a framework for team engagement and driving results with both internal and vendor partnerships,

Develop annual operating budgeting in collaboration with Global WPS partners and direct team

Partner with Global WPS, HR, Legal, IT, and other key teams to ensure all offices are meeting the needs of the business.

Provide onsite oversight for building and Workplace Services projects ensuring completion, deadlines are met, and communications to key stakeholders upheld.


The Skills You Bring

5+ years of work experience in office management, general administration, facilities, workplace experience & operations.

5+ years of customer focus/relationship management experience - must be able to interface with all guests, employees, and executives

3+ years of line management and team-building experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem-solving skills

Must be comfortable managing competing priorities, moving quickly, independent problem-solving, and going above and beyond

Demonstrated teamwork and proven ability to quickly learn new tasks is required

Analytical skills with the ability to understand and create metrics to drive efficiencies and engagement are preferred

Ability to be onsite 4 days

Ability to travel as needed
