UKG is searching for a leader who thrives on building great products and growing great product people, as well as enjoys working in an agile environment to lead products from ideation to delivery. This leader is skilled at serving and partnering with key stakeholders– from customers and prospects to service and support teams. This person also has a passion for HCM and fulfilling our product vision to help organizations realize the full potential of people at work, elevating organizations to greatness.

In support of our culture, we are adopting a hybrid work schedule of part time on site and part time from home. This role can be connected to our offices in Weston FL, Atlanta GA, Branchburg NJ or Lowell MA.

This Manager of Product Management will work with our greenfield software product called UKG Payroll Extensions, and contribute to the creation and execution of product strategy and vision for the portfolio. Most importantly, this role will lead a team of Business Analysts and will be responsible for growing and developing the team.

Responsibilities will include:
● Supporting the definition of the product portfolio strategy and direction of the investment for Payroll products
● Being the voice of the customer and taking an outside-in approach leveraging customer interaction, industry trends, and competitive intelligence as a foundation for product direction and decision making
● Serving as an expert on current state of the product with relevant metrics, benchmarks, and usage data
● Analyzing and developing new market opportunities and monitoring offering success
● Creating and collaborating on feature overviews, detailed designs, and prototypes, using Agile methodologies
● Inspiring engineering, UX, and Delivery in order to build products customers love
● Fostering a strong product culture for the entire team based in best practices for discovery
● Acting as a strong stewardship of the product investment and making decisions with competing priorities
● Leading, coaching, and developing strong product team members


● 3+ years of experience building software products; 2+ years knowledge of HCM preferred
● Experienced people manager with a strong track record of growing and developing product teams, or other team lead experience in lieu of direct people manager experience
● Comfortable and experienced presenting to all size audiences and levels
● Strong business acumen and internal partnership skills
