UKG is looking for a Research Analyst to join our world-class EPIC (Engineering, Product, Innovation, & Cloud) Research and Innovation team - UKG’s team of passionate visionaries, dedicated to being the sensors for the organization. You will play a key role in forming our collective vision for the future of work, ideation to prepare for that future, and creating deliverables that will inspire and educate co-workers, current customers, and future prospects on our ability to understand workforce innovation needs and ways to address them.

This role provides the opportunity to:
• Influence the investment directions of a market leader
• Improve our data driven decision making with empirical research
• Inspire innovation across the company, with customers, and the industry as a whole
• Research industry, global and market trends
• Synthesize key insights from the market trends uncovered
• Envision the future of work and emerging market opportunities
• Facilitate trend impacts brainstorming sessions with employees and customers
• Gain insights into the competitive landscape
• Collect, analyze, visualize and report research data
• Present insights at company-wide innovation events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, marketing/communications, business, or related field/s
• 1 year of hands-on research experience or other relevant professional or internship experience
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information quickly
• Ability to write compelling content
• Strong communication skills
• Self starter
