Description & Qualifications


To support our growth in the region, the EMEA Marketing Department is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Specialist (Internship) reporting to the Cross Geo Marketing Director.

The Marketing Campaigns Intern will work closely with the Marketing Campaigns Managers to develop, plan, organise and execute cross-geos marketing programmes that generate new leads & raise awareness of our brand and solutions in our core markets: UKI, Nordics, DACH, BeNeLux and France.

The Marketing Campaigns Intern will be involved in the development and execution of a number of campaigns and projects (e.g. email programmes, content repository, events/webinars), as well as reporting on the success of each initiative.

This role will allow you to develop knowledge such as:

• Creating and distributing marketing emails
• Preparing web pages to publish, setting up landing pages and managing campaign codes
• Gathering marketing assets and creating shared libraries (partners channel)
• Managing the suppliers invoice process and updating the budget spreadsheets
• Organising sendouts utilising our direct mail supplier, Reachdesk
• Facilitating the localisation of the cross geo campaigns (e.g. coordinating the content produced in all languages by our Content team)
• Participating in the organisation of events and webinars (promotion, invitations, logistics, merchandising etc.)
• Assisting the team during face-to-face events when necessary (signage, catering, badges, registration list, animations)
• Compiling data reports for the campaigns (e.g. leads, attendance, document downloads)
• Marketing admin tasks (e.g. database, spreadsheets, monthly reports)
• Proofreading and translations


• Organised, rigorous, open-minded, full of ideas and eager to learn all things marketing!
• Enjoying work within a multi-cultural marketing team.
• A past experience in developing, coordinating, and managing marketing campaigns and projects a plus.
• Mastery of the Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint ...).
• English (full professional proficiency) a must - other languages such as German or Dutch a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g. Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce) a plus
• Studying towards a Degree / Bachelor in Marketing & Communication.
