Reporting to the Product Communication & Customer Advocacy Sr Specialist, you will support our Product Communication & Customer Advocacy initiatives across Europe. You will work closely with the local marketing teams, you will participate in the development of programs that directly benefit Sales and Marketing teams.
You will be in charge of the delivery of our regular product communications to customers and will manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories and work with the local and global content departments to manage the localizations of these assets.
You will be part of the International Marketing team with the opportunity to collaborate with peers in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and the US and to influence best practices worldwide.

Support Customer Advocacy across Europe :
• Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories and work with the local content departments to develop innovative formats
• Manage the localization process for those customer success stories (translation, adaptation to local context)
• Run regular checks to ensure the library is up-to-date and content has been validated both internally and externally with customers
• Organize regular check-ins with Customer Success teams

Product & Customer Communication:
• Support the communication process about the monthly Release Notes and quarterly Roadmap: collecting feedback, share news in monthly customer newsletters, support portal
• Prepare presentations with Product teams
• Ensure deliverables are produced on time
• Publish updates on various channels: customer newsletters, article on customer • support portal, internal communication to UKG teams
• Help organize product-related events in collaboration with the Product team to engage customers: product workshops, product demos


• in 4th or final year of a Master's degree in Communication, Marketing or Business School, you are looking for an internship of 6 months.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Previous experience with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and social media management tools, Salesforce or HubSpot a plus
• Languages: French native speaker. English - full professional proficiency, German is a plus 
• Ability to work with remote teams all across EMEA 
• You are organized, rigorous, synthetic and willing to work in a multi-cultural marketing team
