We’re looking for a regional marketing director to oversee and coordinate UKG’s communication and marketing plans in France, Belgium, and the South of Europe. We’re looking for an experienced creative and strategic B2B marcom professional who is able to plan effective strategies and campaigns and oversee the execution to accomplish pipeline generation objectives and manage a cross-functional team. You will be reporting directly to the VP of International Marketing and be part of the International Marketing leadership team.

You will supervise a fast-growing marketing and Business Development team (10 people) and will be responsible for building strong relationships with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams through a combined marketing/Business Development/Sales ABM-oriented approach. We expect our marketing director to be able to speak to the press or represent the company on stage. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing, our regional marketing director will be able to launch new out-of-the-box initiatives that could be replicated in other geos. This role will require regular travel across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver marketing & BDR plans for regional products.
- Set metrics, benchmarks, schedules and goals for local BDR and marketing teams.
- Manage the budget for the geo.
- Lead and manage the WEU Marketing & BDR team including resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performance management to ensure a significant increase in the business in the region.
- Build and work with cross-functional teams across Marketing to maximize all channels of communication and promotion, including digital, SEO, SEA & SEM, content, and field
- Support significant regional and global brand-related projects as required i.e. integration or significant change projects.
- Animate customer discussions, thought leadership events, and other virtual and live events.
- Integrated Marketing approach - define strategic priorities for the region and drive execution of programs.
- Be a counterpart to Sales Leaders in taking best decisions for business.
- Analyze data, create recommendations, write reports and present to executive leadership.
- Direct all PR & communications activities managing an external PR agency and collaborating with US-based international PR manager
- Manage all partner marketing initiatives with key partners in France and other countries

Qualifications

- In depth marketing experience in B2B technology organizations
- Experience in Human Capital Management (or other business application software) Cloud Solutions
- Agile and adaptable, experience in high-growth business preferred
- Recognized leader and manager. Having managed BDR teams in the past is a strong plus
- Proficient in the use of Hubspot marketing automation (or similar marketing tool such as Marketo, Eloqua, or other) and Salesforce (or similar Enterprise CRM) as well as project management tools, like Trello
- Experience managing relationships with a variety of external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-starter with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Understanding of coordinated demand generation including digital tactics
- Strong project management skills, comfortable prioritizing multiple initiatives and priorities.
