Description & Qualifications


As part of the marketing team you will be working alongside three Project Managers (BDR Enablement, Internal Marketing and Data Analysis) as well as the Marketing Operations Manager to help them document and implement their projects.
In this role you will be able to support with activities such as:

• Supporting the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with outreach enquiries
• Assisting with monthly/quarterly reviews (prepare presentations and supporting data) for the BDR Enablement team as well as creating and updating documentation for BDRs (tools, processes, BDR playbook)
• Supporting with Internal Marketing communications (Newsletters, Surveys, Reminders) as well as coordinating marketing trainings and following up on training plans
• Providing support with the SharePoint migration
• Regularly updating specific databases (accounts & contacts & leads) and providing database enrichment projects for specific fields (HR tools, job roles, Industries)



• Experience with Marketing tools (Eloqua, Salesforce, Outreach) is a plus.
• Good Excel knowledge.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams such as marketing, sales and BDRs
• Fluent in French and English.
