The Marketing Operations Salesforce Admin will be part of the Marketing Operations Team which is responsible for supporting Marketing and Sales by maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features of the Salesforce.com system along with additional integrated applications

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Main team member handling Marketing and Sales requests using a help desk system including basic updates such as onboarding users, creating custom fields, account transfers and report building.
• Configures, develops, and test processes based on individual project requirements
• Incoming Lead records that are received from Prospects which are dispersed and reviewed in Queues if more information is needed prior to passing along to Sales
• Participates in the development and maintenance for new business processes that improve efficiency and enhance productivity
• Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes as well as maintaining on-going customizations of the system
• Ongoing system maintenance and configuration including but not limited to data auditing and data cleanup
• Create process documentation and associated reporting

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

Experience with:
User management
System configuration
Heavy volume help desk request system
Data management tools
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning and project management skills
Organized and detail oriented
Strong analysis and decision-making abilities, including problem solving
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:
Re-engineering experience of existing Salesforce.com configuration
Experience with managing change management
Experience supporting a Marketing team
Experience supporting a Sales team
