The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing, documenting, implementing, and responding to business process changes within marketing. This position requires an understanding of marketing operations coupled with the ability to work collaboratively with demand generation partners to achieve business objectives. The goal is to provide technology-driven solutions for managing marketing programs and measuring marketing performance.

• Responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Analyst will extend to implementation, testing, validation and monitoring of marketing campaigns
• Partner with technical and non-technical internal stakeholders in the strategies, tactics, and day-to-day needs of database marketing
• Use advanced segmentation strategy and marketing automation software to create targeted campaigns for domestic markets
• Gather and document business requirements for existing systems and processes as well as proposed solution changes
• Leverage Eloqua Insight reporting to track and report on individual campaign performance and tests; leverage database to analyze results and make recommendations to improve Email KPIs and ROI
• Support ongoing operations by working with end-users and vendors to understand and resolve system issues and optimally use system functionality


• BS/BA in Management Information Systems, Marketing or a related field
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in database management, integrations and reporting with a strong understanding of the challenges that marketers face from day-to-day
• The ability to integrate the cross-functional needs of marketing, technology, and other areas of an organization into an effective business solution
• Analytical skills coupled with a solid business foundation, particularly in marketing topics
• Working knowledge of campaign planning, execution, and measurement
• Strong organizational skills
• Eloqua certification - preferred
• MS Access and Excel skills required
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Power User a plus
• Workfront Project Management experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of best practices for email segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, and deliverability
• Familiarity with international and domestic email compliance regulations
• Basic HTML knowledge preferred
