The UKG Meeting Producer is a role on the Events team. The producer will be responsible for the onsite/virtual attendee experience relating to “main stage” show performances (see definition below) including AV/technology, thematic execution, and performance show preparation and delivery. This position participates in the ideation, planning, and production for major show experiences across scheduling, project management, vendor relations, set design and development, rehearsals and day-of-show logistics and execution.

The Meeting Producer leads the planning and production of large-scale speaker and content experiences for attendees of major UKG events – responsibility is focused primarily on mainstage performances – delivering on brand, to theme, within time constraints, and on budget. The Events team has overall lead responsibility for customer conferences, Sales events, Marketing events, partner events, etc. This position collaborates with internal teams to successfully execute the stakeholders’ design and objectives, through logistics, creativity, and production. Building collaborative relationships will be crucial to this role. This position will interface directly with very senior-level stakeholders, internal teams, venue partners, pre-production suppliers and onsite vendors, including managing client relationships and main-tent logistics. The Meeting Producer will report directly into the Director of Events, while maintaining an active strategic and tactical alignment with the Creative and Brand group, as well as the GVP, Marketing.

Program Development and Management
- Project Management of all “main-tent” related vendors and internal executional resources. “Main tent” includes elements such as Opening/Closing Sessions, Awards, Entertainment, but not breakout sessions or other ancillary activities within the overall event.
- Adherence to budgets and production standards
- Scheduling for rehearsals, production meetings and onsite performances


Creative Management
- Manage the flow of show deliverables to completion in collaboration with the Events and Creative staffs and related vendors
- Maintain the integrity of the creative vision across all executions related to the show experience
- Work with the Events and Creative staffs to ensure that all designs, builds, environments, and/or sets are in line with brand expectations and quality standards
- Develop and influence speaker programming from show flow to scripting and presentation execution
- In coordination with Events team, provide direction for all show speakers and talent in regards to content development, execution, and onsite logistics.
- As regards main-tent activities, provide onsite management of production vendors and internal talent. Coordinate executional changes, creative considerations and stakeholder expectations regarding speaker/show experience.
- Maintain and manage A/V standards and expectations.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience working in an events or creative environment with a focus on developing the onsite show experience for attendees. Work with or for major production houses a plus.
- 5 + Years experience with large-scale conferences, meetings and launches.
- Experience with event programming, including general sessions/keynotes, vendor sourcing, the creative process and onsite logistics
- Proven project management, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in high volume environment are a must.
- Must have hands-on experience and/or a keen knowledge of event-related Audio, Video, Lighting technologies required for the large-scale events and budget.
- Proven experience managing vendors to deadline, budget, and event parameters.
- Background with experience design, presentation development, video development, or visual communications.
