The Manager, Workplace Services INDIA reports to the Director of International Workplace Services and is responsible for providing high quality regional operational leadership for the Workplace Services organization. Being a full-time office-based role, this would require the person to be working from office.
Leading and managing a team of 2-3 members based in Noida. Reporting to the Director – Workplace Services, International based in our Noida office. This role requires as enthusiastic, proactive person with outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.

Leading the Workplace Services team in Noida and overseeing 2 two other regional offices in India. The Manager leads operational activities, employee experience, events, and program management for the INDIA region. A seasoned person who is enthusiastic, a proactive individual, with outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver incredible customer service in an organised, aligned, and collaborative way. Responsibility for project management in the region, facility operations, budgets, health and safety, maintenance, workplace events and team management. The Manager must develop and communicate strategy, plans, issues, and risks effectively throughout the organization.
Leading and managing a team of 4 full time members and multiple contract-based roles based in Noida.
Our Noida office is growing which has over 2500 employees and is ready to scale at a great speed. This person shall be responsible to run the operations where UKG offers best in class services towards the Workplace related aspects such as best in class hygiene, food services, office infrastructure, in house and external events and a lot more which keeps the motivation of employees high.
The services shall require this role to manage multiple vendors including manpower providers, multiple services, and suppliers. To be able to manage the monthly scorecards, ability to get the best manpower in the office and retain the talent, help find new vendors and manage via contracts. Work closely with the procurement team to define the needs and get the required services/supplies enabled for the UKG employees.
The role requires know the compliance requirement towards the services in picture, be it support staff regulatory requirement, Occupational Health & Safety requirement, Indoor Air Quality, Food, and hygiene management, etc.
The person should be able to work on office-based tools such as ticket management, feedback management and be able to work on them to act and take necessary action for continuous improvement.
This role would require person to have a good knowledge of handling conversations with the employees and stakeholders and bring value to manage the Global Workplace Support Center through which on call support and ticket management is being provided from India to all UKG locations.
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Best practices for Soft Services Management, Sustainability, ESG initiatives.
• Event Management not limited to both internal and external events. Be able to lead the India events in alignment with global event calendar.
• Office Food services program and other event related operational experience.
• Stakeholder management.
• Should be capable to manage global space management policy and implement
the same in India as per office requirement.
• Asset and Insurance Management.
• Front Desk and Visitor Management of UKG Offices.
• Vendor & Contract Management.
• Proactive with the ability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Financial acumen and responsible practices to maximize budgets.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any domain.
• 10+ years of experience in Workplace Services/facilities management environment & strong people management experience.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of project and program management best practices.
• Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams would be a good advantage.
• Proven ability to influence across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results.
• Proven track record of delivering projects and programs from initiation through implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor in any Stream. Engineering would be preferred. Masters in any stream would be add-on.EEO Statement
