Your effort is on building workforce capabilities, while identifying business performance barriers and opportunities, determine underlying causes, focus on system impacts, clarify potential consequences of various interventions and implement alternatives that provide long term benefits. Given our recent merger, we are hyper-focused on supporting newly formed teams, engagement of an organization navigating significant growth and change, developing our leadership teams, and bringing to life our newly established cultural values and behaviors.

• Core Learning Program Facilitation & Coaching: As we reimagine our development program ecosystem for our newly merged company, your leadership, adept facilitation and coaching skills may be called on to support implementation.

• Methods, Tools & Process Development: Work with your team to develop a portfolio of OD teachable assets and points of view for use in business solutions and with our HR Business Partners, e.g., team tools, development frameworks, common models, etc. Support LOD practices and processes across that drive quality and effectiveness in our offerings (e.g., program metrics, intake process).
