About the Role:The Print Production Associate is a central part of the Print Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience using internet-based software and excellent customer service skills. The candidate must also be extremely flexible with their day-to-day responsibilities. The Print Production Associate should have a general knowledge of warehouse duties and a familiarity with Windows-based computers is a must. The ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time is also required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Print, seal, ship and quality check all print jobs
• Coordinate and prioritize with print production manager daily to ensure deadlines are met
• Operate and perform light maintenance and cleaning of print shop equipment
• Possesses knowledge of and remain current with USPS mailing requirements and regulations
• Keep accurate postage logs
• Inspect print job to check for printing imperfections
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:• Expected to work overtime as required during any calendar quarter-end and year-end job assignments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using FedEx and UPS shipment manager applications
• Knowledge of Uluro Document Management Software preferred
• Knowledge of HP and Xerox Printers is a plus
• Related field or equivalent work experience will be considered
• Must be able to manage in an organized, proactive and independent manner to meet all required time frames and commitments
• Highly motivated and team oriented
• Strong oral and written communication skills
