Description

The Print Production Specialist will be an integral part of the UKG Payroll Services Team. Responsible for the printing, packaging and distribution of reports, checks and vouchers for delivery to clients.

- Produce and separate clients’ reports, checks and vouchers. Seal checks and validate check counts.
- Packages clients’ paychecks and vouchers along with applicable reports. Sorts packages and logs by applicable delivery service. Confirms successful FedEx, UPS, and courier deliveries.
- Ensures paychecks and vouchers satisfy all quality requirements, communicates concerns to Leadership.
- Stocks room with supply of checks, toner, envelopes, paper, etc.
- Completes minor PM processes and reports maintenance issues with print equipment.
- May also perform administrative work in the Tax Department, assisting with filing, data entry and production duties.

Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to run basic production machinery. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and complete multiple activities in a time-sensitive environment.
- Effective at giving and receiving feedback.
- Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentially both internal and external to the organization.
- High level of comprehension and retention.
- Must be able to use fine motor skills to grasp, handle, and maneuver materials as needed.
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the work shift as well as lift up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

- English
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification: N/A
- Industry Experience: General office and / or production experience preferred.
