UKG is looking for a passionate Delivery Assurance Manager with a flair for account management, who will collaborate with and nurture UKG partners and contractors to ensure quality delivery to our customers. This role requires the management of sub-contractors’, including managing training and quality of delivery, monitoring project assignments, monitoring backlog, forecasting delivery and overall customer satisfaction while working to allow UKG partners and contractors the necessary autonomy to be successful. Scope of oversight includes the following:
• Staff augmentation delivery partners
• Partner owned projects on partner paper
• Partner owned projects on UKG paper
• Partner owned projects for UKG joint deals

The role involves extensive cross functional interaction right across the business with sales, support, operations, leadership, product engineering, global delivery services and other members of cross-functional teams. This role requires updating multiple data sources to ensure accurate reporting and partner tracking with feedback from multiple stakeholders within business. Customer-facing work is also required to ensure overall customer satisfaction with both the UKG product and partner/contractor delivery.

The Delivery Assurance manager also works to coordinate training and continued education/enablement for partners/contractors. This individual is expected to work autonomously while collaborating across functions to drive implementation efficiencies, partner profitability and partner individual performance.

Desired Account Management Skills:
• Evaluates what drives the business and effectively advises on business decisions.
• Understands some of the UKG specific solutions to offer guidance and best practice recommendations to partners.
• Understand and practice project management methodologies.
• Effectively identify and influence key decision makers internally & externally.
• Effectively manage conflicts with internal or external customers by reading the situation quickly and helping others find common ground or involving appropriate individuals for guidance.
• Escalate project risks and issues; and has ability to articulate them without bias.
• Identify others for advice and solutions on how to manage customer or internal expectations related to his/her specialized area
• Effectively negotiate in tough situations with both internal and external groups related to specialized area.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of account management & project management experience desired;
• Broad knowledge of Payroll, Scheduling, Time & Labor management, or similar domain knowledge required.
• Experience working with UKG (Kronos or Ultimate) products is preferred.
• Experience working with global teams
• Experience managing an implementation team
• Experience managing large software projects
• Experience with cloud-based software preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong experience scheduling, preparing, and delivering presentations and status reports
• Superb written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
