We are looking for a Delivery Manager, Partners & Clients (Delivery Assurance Manager) to join our team at UKG.

UKG is looking for a creative and passionate Delivery Manager who will collaborate with and nurture UKG partners and contractors to ensure quality delivery to our customers.

This role requires a mature, open-minded, collaborative, people-oriented individual who is happiest working closely with people and can confidently communicate at all levels. The role involves extensive cross-functional interaction right across the business with sales, support, operations, product engineering, global delivery services, global partner services and other members of cross-functional teams.
This person will collaborate closely with these teams both locally and globally and will establish trusting relationships within UKG and with the Partner Practice leaders.

The Delivery Manager is expected to work freely and autonomously to drive implementation efficiencies, partner profitability and partner-specific performance.


In this role you will be responsible for:
• Evaluating what drives the business and effectively advise on business decisions.
• Understands some of the UKG specific solutions to offer guidance and best practice recommendations to partners.
• Effectively identify and influence key stakeholders internally & externally.
• Effectively manage conflicts with internal or external parties by reading the situation quickly and helping others find common ground or involving appropriate persons for guidance.
• Escalate project risks and issues; and can articulate them without bias.
• Managing training needs and progress across the partner network
• Monitoring partner project assignments and support where needed
• Monitoring backlog of delivery where partners are engaged
• Forecasting future partner delivery
• Ensuring compliance with UKG Implementation Methodology and quality standards.
• Ensuring overall customer & partner satisfaction whilst working to allow UKG partners and contractors the necessary freedom to be successful.
• Owning escalations related to quality and delivery behaviors.
• Updating multiple data sources to ensure accurate reporting
• Solicit and track feedback from multiple stakeholders within the business and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders
• Customer-facing work is also required to ensure overall customer satisfaction with both the UKG product and partner/contractor delivery.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role you will bring:
• Three-plus years of project management work experience desired.
• Experience in Payroll, Scheduling, Time & Labor management, or similar domain knowledge required.
• Experience working with UKG (Kronos or Ultimate) products is preferred.
• Experience working with global teams
• Experience managing an implementation team
• Experience managing software projects
• Strong experience scheduling, preparing, and delivering presentations and status reports
• Established experience with Stakeholder Management
