Description & Qualifications


The Partner Go To Market (GTM) Services Portfolio Manager is an individual contributor position and will be responsible for lifecycle management for a set of managed delivery service offerings in line with Global Partner Services wider strategy to efficiently maximize our partner ecosystem. The Services Portfolio Manager will build metrics to maximize managed delivery service offering performance, build and maintain a system for service offering proposals & approvals, service design, implementation readiness and service offering sunsets. Supports strategic direction of Global Partner Services (GPS) with roadmap of various initiatives and ongoing governance. This is a highly cross-functional in nature partnering with GPS, Global Alliances, and services product marketing organizations. This role will also have a heavy responsibility with our GTM teams with our services offerings as they are ultimately a differentiator for UKG in the highly competitive HCM/WFM space.

• Work closely with sales, services product marketing, support, and Partner services teams to launch new and/or ongoing refreshed service offerings
• Manage the collection of feedback and customer and market data to inform offering development, including market data, market and customer segmentation and trends, and customer product/service adoption and needs.
• Present business results, roadmap, and vision to business stakeholders on the Transformation team and various Governance groups as well as to other cross-functional leadership regularly
• Works with product to develop services offerings and serve as a contributor to pricing considerations for new services offerings releases including supporting entry into partner management systems (PRM)
• Present to leadership and other members of the organization on effectiveness of the Partner services portfolio
• Identify process gaps to ensure high CSAT and timely go-lives in our Partner services delivery teams
• Creating and maintaining collateral to reflect the current state of the portfolio
• Ensures our services selling organization and partner services are in alignment with the overall services portfolio


Basic Qualifications:
• 8-10+ years of experience as a Go To Market Lead
• Services offering development or portfolio management experience in software or high-tech industries

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous portfolio of product or services experience a plus
• MBA an advantage
• Knowledge of services offerings and how they add value to the customer journey
• An ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Expert communicator and collaborator who understands the personal accountability needed as the primary contributor to an initiative

Colorado, New York, Washington, and California Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $135,200 to $194,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $155,480 to $223,560 per year.
