The Global Partner Enablement team is looking for a Manager of Partner Operations to support our continued growth and our partner initiatives. The Partner Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the team responsible for partner operations. This position will report to the Director, Global Partner Enablement.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Manages a team of operations specialists working remotely in various geographic locations/time zones
• Mentors and coaches team members and manages performance
• Leads the team in continuous process improvement, and drives excellence in quality and accuracy of the work
• Demonstrates thought leadership and innovates to optimize efficiency, quality and excellence
• Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives;
• Collaborates cross-functionally to proactively and efficiently reach business objectives
• Manage partner accounting, which includes forecasting and managing implementation partner spend, creating monthly accruals, and performing periodic readouts on the implementation partner budget to senior leadership
• Approve partner invoices for subcontract and staff augmentation services
• Create controls and process for SOW creation and payment of sub-contracting fees to partner
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement appropriate tools and solutions;
• Provide analysis and supporting data reporting on trends, results, resource effectiveness, project effectiveness, forecast trends and other relevant items;
• Build strategic data sets for analysis and future planning and provide reporting, dashboards and analysis for decision making


Required Qualifications:
• Familiarity with accounting accruals, journal entries, and month-end accounting processes
• Strong Understanding of Technology and Business Processes
• 5 year’s management experience in operations
• Experience with Planning and Forecasting
• Experience writing Statements of Work for software implementation projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

Preferred Qualifications:
• 8-10 years Services Delivery experience
• 3-5 years experience with Service Partners
• Customer service focus
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Familiarity and/or experience with BI/Analytics tools
• Familiarity and/or experience with HCM and Workforce solutions
• Familiarity and/or experience with PSA solutions
