Description

The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners in the Central Europe region.
She/He will ensure the success of the current partnerships by delivering proactive services and ensure partners and final customers satisfaction. She/He will also be in charge to support the local business team by being part of launching new partnerships.
The Partner/Alliance Success Manager will support the local business to achieve targets by supporting efficiently partners on all Services perspective: to ensure partners teams skills ramp up, to support them in delivering more value to customers, while ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
This person will report to the International Manager Alliance Success Manager, located in Paris.

Qualifications

Expected skills:
- Understand and maintain multiple functional specification
- Suggest improvements with partners on Services aspects
- Supervise the efficient use of PeopleDoc platform with partners and final clients
- Develop and build strong relationships with partner’s stakeholders: steering committees, regular visits, reports, events
- Understand partners and indirect clients’ needs and priorities to optimize the use of their platform
- Effectively communicate application features and product information for new releases and facilitate their adoption
- Be the voice of the partner and provide internal feedback on how PeopleDoc can better serve our partners
- Collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams (Product Management, R&D, Marketing and Sales) to drive better results
- Resolve Services inquiries in a timely and productive manner
- Be the first level of escalation once alerted by the Customer Care Service
- Follow and update partners’ information into appropriate tools
