Description

As Partner Success Manager (PSM) you are responsible for supporting the partner’s adoption, growth, retention, and continued satisfaction with our UKG Ready Product. The PSM is introduced to the partner during the business assessment process of the sales cycle and becomes the primary contact to the partner once they formalize the relationship and begin the onboarding process. The PSM owns the business relationship with the partner and ensures the partner has a successful experience licensing the technology. The PSM also acts as an internal advocate for the partner working with all departments within UKG to insure the partner achieves goals outlined for the account.

The PSM is viewed as a strategic asset of the partner by regularly providing best practice recommendations, assisting in business challenges with an ultimate goal of increasing usage of the system and adoption of ancillary products/services.

The Partner Success Manager will be evaluated on the partner’s volume of usage on the UKG Ready platform and overall partner satisfaction.

• Manage a base of partners with the purpose of achieving growth and satisfaction with the partnership
• Facilitate the onboarding process and support the partner’s drive towards self sufficiency
• Prepare and conduct regular Executive Business Reviews with customers in your portfolio, including relevant content and participants to help advance the partner’s business goals and objectives
• Develop a consultative relationship with each partner and work in conjunction with other departments to provide timely and effective solutions
• Advocate for and represent the partner’s interests to all areas of UKG. Proactively identify and suggest resolutions for any partner issues as they arise.
• Engage the appropriate resources around UKG to assist the customer with:
• Staying abreast of product enhancements and roadmaps, and continually integrating into appropriate customer success plans
• Driving product adoption and ensuring that partners in your portfolio leverage and adopt new features and functionality
• Educate partners on any partner programs that are launched to ensure they receive maximum value from the UKG Ready offering
• Maintain expert knowledge of the UKG Ready Platform
• Strategize with partner on marketing, new sales and increasing revenue
• Monitor and track partner health through data-based health scores and the information that you can obtain through relationships with the partner. Leverage this information to openly discuss and mitigate risks, as well as capitalize on areas to increase advocacy

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. or equivalent professional experience
• Highly detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Organized and methodical with exceptional follow-up to ensure partner expectations and deadlines are met
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• This position may require up to 30% travel
