As the Business Analyst for UKG Payment Services, you’ll work with our leadership team to evaluate and measure performance metrics and business processes. This role will use strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills on a daily basis to help identify trends and efficiency opportunities while managing the business reporting for Payment Services. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, is creative, and has the ability to draw conclusions from a variety of data and metrics.
Essential Functions:
• Compile, analyze and track operational data/metrics for all Payment Services teams as directed by leadership
• Provide high level and detailed reporting and analysis to operational teams and management
• Identify patterns and anomalies in the data/metrics to formulate conclusions regarding operational efficiency
• Participate in defining business requirements and evaluating business processes to enhance current practices based on conclusions drawn from analyzed data/metrics
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper usage of and adherence to internal systems
• Engage in efficiency and process enhancement projects, delivering the data driven insight required to measure success
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality related to all proprietary and financial matters of the company and our clients
• Perform other duties as required


• Bachelor’s Degree required - Business, Economics, or IT preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience preferred
• Established analytical skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to understand data trends and articulate recommended solutions
• Record of effectively managing multiple work assignments and projects
• Proven ability to creatively solve problems utilizing data sets and business acumen
• Experience with MS SQL Tools and Power BI preferred
• Knowledge of, ServiceNow, and/or PSA tools a plus
