The Post Go-Live Project Manager is a part of the French Operations team. He or she will be in charge of the implementation of all the additional services a customer needs on an already live platform. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years’ experience in project management, ideally in the implementation of HR dedicated IT solutions. He or she will also have good technical skills to carry out projects with a pace of quick implementation (1 to 3 months on average). Experience using or implementing SaaS or in-house systems (such as ADP, Peoplesoft …) or document management systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Externally:

Manage the full project life-cycle

Deliver high-level customer service in French (80%) and English (20%)

Lead workshops to collect client specifications and to provide industry standards

Configure the application based off of client specifications

Coordinate implementation solutions teams (configuration, IT, product ...)

Lead follow-up meetings with customers

Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies

Control customer delivery and validate customer go-live

Measure project success and identify improvements needed

• Internally :

Stay abreast of new features and products released

Inform CSM in charge of the customer on project advancement

Act as a subject Matter Expert on identified topics/products

Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Contribute to maintain and grow our internal team knowledge


Required Qualifications:

Strong oral and written communications

Excellent client presentation skills

Flexibility, versatility and responsiveness

Sense of organization, discipline

Real team player with a high sense of customer satisfaction

Bilingual: Fluent in both written / oral French and English

Ideally : technical basis for understanding PeopleDoc solutions (solution architecture, database and security) and sFTP/SSO setup

Education levels: BAC + 4 / + 5

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in project management

Experience in SaaS implementation or support
