About the Team:
Our UKG Presales LATAM team works close with our Sales Executives to make sure we provide value solutions to our customers that both solve their problems and stand out from the competitor’s solutions. We work together to build trust, help one another, and use everyone’s skills so we all can reach our objectives. 

About the Role:
The Presales Solution Consultant will deliver an innovative, engaging, and strategic sales presentation with a clear and concise value message. In collaboration with the sales team, you will provide discovery and analysis of current business needs and development of impactful professional demonstrations. You will share your knowledge with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle as well as with teammates.
• Maintain expertise in UKG Workforce Management products
• Lead or partner to lead all customer / prospect facing activities including needs analysis, solution development, business case and financial justifications, executive presentations, proposal responses.
• Deliver quality, engaging and strategic sales presentations with a clear, strong value message.
• Provide support for scripted demos and technical discussions.

Qualifications

About You:
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years' of manufacturing industry experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications:
• BA/BS or equivalent strongly preferred
• Workforce management experience preferred
• Consulting experience preferred
• Presentation and communication skills
• Solve business problems with a strategic solution
