The GES team is the bridge between Sales and Services. This role provides sales support regarding implementation services for SMB (Ready focus) sales activities including needs analysis, data review, cost proposal creation, RFP/RFI support, and other general sales support as applicable. Communicate UKG Service experience with prospects to assist and guide them through the evaluation and selection process. Strategize with Sales regarding activities, findings from discovery and approach to win new business. Partner with GES Advisors.

Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport within the organization and with external stakeholders at all levels and proven history of solid relationships with customers, partners and colleagues. Qualified candidates will exercise leadership and organizational management skills to ensure all deliverables are completed in a timely manner to support the sales cycle.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

-Present UKG’s Service Experience including launch methodology and customer success offering, both on phone and on-site as required to prospects
-Conduct meeting(s) with the Sales pursuit team (Sales Rep, Technology Consultant, Application Consultant, and other participants) to create a plan and strategize for the presentation.
-Discuss complex areas of implementation (e.g. data conversion and integration) with prospect.
-Perform high level analysis to create timelines, implementation quotes and proposals for prospective customers.
-Create proposals with language that will protect all parties due to all particulars not being disclosed in high level analysis.
-Provide RFP/RFI Support/Implementation Pricing
-Maintain document repository capturing all conversations and documentation relative to any prospect interaction.
-Attend sales turnover meetings transition all pre-sales information to project manager and assigned consultant.
-Review/Negotiate contracts/proposals prior to final signature upon request.
-Develop and make compelling presentations
-Liaise between Global Delivery and Sales
-Understand UKG implementation methodology and process in order to mitigate risk associated with project delivery
-Support opportunity (sales) forecast planning
-Remain Current with product roadmap, collateral, tools and supporting materials

Qualifications

-5+ Years HCM or WFM Implementation experience
-Functional and technical capability to understand customer requirements
-Functional HCM & WFM knowledge and skillset required
-A fundamental knowledge of HCM & WFM business processes; understands importance of accuracy and responsiveness.
-General understanding of ERP and HR applications;
-Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
-Creative problem solver with the ability to think quickly and translate into solutions;
-Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team as well as effectively manage own time to work independently as required;
-Ability to take direction as well as lead others who need direction;
-Excellent communication skills and sense of humor
-Ability to work with different departments inside and out of consulting services, and with external stakeholders at all levels;
-Proven history of solid relationship with customers, partners and colleagues;
-Positive attitude and professional appearance
-Must be sales minded
-Extremely customer-focused; positive, professional attitude.
-Ability to travel, as required (limited travel, usually internal meetings)
-Proficiency in Excel, Word, MS Project and PowerPoint.
-Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous consulting experience and project/program/engagement management under a utilization and billable hours structure
-Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Big Machines

Colorado Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $83,600 to 120,200, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
