Description & Qualifications


About the Role:

As a Presales Solution Consultant, you would be our product and solution expert partnering with our Sales team to ensure the best possible solution is presented to customers and prospects. You will be working in a complex sales environment engaging in various presales activities including needs analysis, solution development, product demonstrations, executive presentations, proposal responses, and overall collaborate on the selling process with the sales team to ensure that the offering meet all customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Developing and maintaining deep product knowledge which you leverage when solving our clients’ business challenges.
• Acting as “Trusted Advisors” to our clients, our salesforce, and our internal cross-functional groups.
• Understanding and articulating how the technologies supporting UKG solutions make our products highly functional and highly reliable.
• Assessing the client’s business challenges and current business environments and translating them into UKG’ s solutions.
• Delivering compelling presentations both remotely and in person.


• Proven communication and presentation skills across a variety of mediums and to a variety of audiences
• Analytical & problem solving skills to understand prospect requirements & challenges to align to a best fit UKG solution offering
• Teamwork attributes to ensure excellent collaboration within the presales team as well as sales and other UKG stakeholders

• You will have exposure across a varied mix of cross vertical industry sectors.
• Having PreSales/Solutions product and service consulting experience in workforce management.
• You will thrive of leading complex projects or presentations, with a lean towards doing more of these remotely.
• Availability to travel 30% of the time
• You will be fluent in English and a second language such as German or Dutch
