UKG 1 is the foundation that unifies how UKG operates by delivering a fully integrated end-to-end solution that enables us to efficiently and consistently attract, service and support our customers. The Operational Readiness Team, a critical part of the UKG 1 Program, is focused on ensuring collective operational and customer readiness. The increased focus on operational readiness enables UKG to be prepared to take advantage of the capabilities that UKG 1 delivers to achieve our desired business outcomes. As the Principle Program Manager, you will be responsible for working with the Central Operational Readiness Team to define, align, and coordinate operational readiness activities, such as user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation and training, across functions.Responsibilities
Strategic Planning, Execution & Business Analysis
• Work with UKG 1 Operational Readiness Leadership to develop a comprehensive program plan, engagement model and operating rhythm
• Support the execution of the Operational Readiness program plan
• Support ongoing operational readiness activities, including: meeting leadership, program planning, employee feedback, communication and logistics
• Perform analysis to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems
Cross-Functional Engagement
• Partner across functions to find ways to optimize how we work together to deliver on UKG 1’s desired Business Outcomes
• Collaborate with Central and Function Team Leads to drive consistency and continuous improvement related to stakeholder engagement and program management
• Communicate strategic program plans, portfolio updates and program status to key stakeholders
Subject Matter Expert & Coach
• Define and enable program management best practices across the Operational Readiness Team
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to help drive successful program and operational outcomes
• Discover and execute forward-thinking and innovative ways to achieve business outcomes
• Identify develop, and implement tools and metrics to drive operational/program management success
Qualifications
Qualifications•8+ years of project management experience with at least 4+ years leading complex enterprise programs
•Strong understanding of project and program management best practices and project methodology, tools, and techniques
•PMP, PMI or Agile/Scrum Master certification a plus
• Ability to work within an agile environment and history of coaching to teams
• Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams and partners
• Ability to influence across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results
• Accountable for driving optimal results for the business, while creating an environment of trust and collaboration
• Proven track record of delivering projects and programs from initiation through implementation
•Strong leadership and management skills
•Ability to influence and motivate teams and leaders across the enterprise
•Capable of finding innovative ways to solve problems
