UKG is looking for a driven, detail-oriented, analytical program manager to join our Global Services Operations team. The Principal Business Program Manager will lead critical and highly visible initiatives that are aligned to UKG goals and impact UKG employees, customers, and cross functional business partners.
The UKG1 Roadmap is a critical corporate focal point following our merger of Kronos and Ultimate Software, forming UKG. Within this cross-functional set of initiatives, we will be moving UKG to a harmonized set of end-to-end business processes and tools that we need to continue to be a Best-In-Class, global, full-suite HCMWFM organization.
As an initial charter, the Principal Business Program Manager’s time will be spent engaging on multiple concurrent, cross-functional workstreams for UKG1. Within these initiatives, the Principal Business Program Manager will lead a comprehensive data conversion program including ensuring that we perform a full E2E review, impact analysis and development of a full data conversion plan following our movement into one Salesforce Instance. The Principal Business Program Manager will also eventually lead and drive the implementation of our new UKG Financial force PSA.
With a successful UKG1 program we will:
• Reduce the duplicative work efforts of GDS resources working in duplicate systems
• Increase overall efficiency by streamlining, consolidating, and unifying our business processes, project workflows and data sources
• Consolidate and/or eliminate disparate legacy systems and processes creating a unified, efficient operational UKG
• Effectively collaborate, communicate, and support customers with state-of-the-art systems that provide a consistent and exceptional customer experience

As the program manager, they will be a master at developing and managing timelines and risks. The program manager will also be a highly effective communicator and committed to building and maintaining strong working relationships to support the success of their programs. They will develop and maintain day to day operational efforts for the cross functional programs such as: RACI matrices, resource lists and work effort tracking. while working cross functionally to identify and coordinate field and UKG business stakeholders.

The ability to be agile and work with ambiguity is a must to be a successful Principal Business Program Manager. Simply put, as a Principal Business Program Manager you are expected to be a master’s in project & program management standards. You should be familiar with UKG systems and tools at a comfortable in pushing against the norm to achieve a more innovative and effective outcome.


• BS Degree required
• 8 + years of experience in implementation Project management and/or Program Management
• Mastery level knowledge of standard project and program management tools, and processes including Smartsheets
• PMP, Project Management Professional preferred
• Experience and comfortable communicating at all levels from Field to Sr Management
• Familiarity with operational systems and tools: Salesforce, PSA
• Driven to think outside of the box and present solutions, not just problems
• Strong desire to identify process gaps and courageously creative in problem solving
• Excellent customer service, stakeholder management, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain credibility with leaders, peers, and stakeholders
• Experience participating in inter-organization change to increase efficiency through the E2E requirements, design, testing and change management preparation for the implementation of GDS technology, process automations, and improvements
• Understanding of data conversion process, complexity, and strategies
• Flexibility to travel as needed up to 25%

Colorado Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $105,800 to $152,100, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
