As a key member of the Global Employee Communications team, the Employee Communications Strategist for APAC partners with leaders and HR teams in the region to provide strategic communications support. The position requires strong written and verbal communications skills as well as the ability to develop and execute communications plans and materials that engage employees and create knowledge and awareness of key initiatives. This role is responsible for localizing global programs for our employees in India, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Candidates must be highly collaborative, self-starters and motivated to provide excellent customer service.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Channel Management: responsible for the day-to-day management of all communications channels supporting the APAC region (email, team sites, intranet sites).
• Manage communication framework to capture local content aligned with overall engagement plans.
• Develop and design local newsletters and communications aligned with our core branding.
• Point person for local communication led activities aligned with the international employee comms strategy and working directly with the HR team (focused on country-wide communications: key awareness days, wellbeing, return to the office, GPTW etc)
• Develop internal communications, including emails, articles, newsletters, blogs, presentations and other business communications.
• Serve as a resident communication consultant and support other internal teams in their communications planning and execution.
• Ensure that all messaging is consistent, timely and appropriate, and that all functional intitiatives are successfully communicated to the relevant audiences.
• Use technology to effectively support communication programs and partner in the execution of our digital workplace strategy.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of communication processes to ensure consistency and adherence to established processes and best practices.
• Identify and collect key metrics to measure communication program effectiveness.


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to interact with and influence executives and provide advice that reflects an understanding of their business and leadership style
• Team player: collaborative, seeks input, accepts and incorporates feedback from others, and freely offers assistance
• Highly organized, detail oriented and accurate with exceptional follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask, including multiple high priority issues and able to set and manage expectations
• Customer-focused, positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop new skills
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Poppulo, Simpplr, and Sharepoint preferred.
