In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the strategy of turning HCM and WFM data into tangible value, helping customers achieve material improvements in their people-centric business performance.
You are an HCM analytics expert who is passionate about all things data. You are willing and able to be the thought leader for delighting customers with innovative workforce insights that inform business decisions. You can articulate a compelling long-term vision and sell the big picture while staying pragmatic and realistic about how to get there. • In collaboration with Research and Innovation team, articulate vision and strategy for infusing analytics throughout UKG product portfolio
• Leverage your own expertise, industry best practices, customer interaction, internal stakeholder input and competitive intelligence as a foundation for product direction and decision making
• Provide analytical guidance and mentoring to UKG product leaders, aiming to improve data literacy throughout the organization and generate excitement about what analytics can do to add value to UKG customers, and to differentiate UKG products from competition
• Become a subject matter expert on the data assets across the UKG portfolio and use this knowledge to define a comprehensive set of business metrics and KPIs to help UKG customers track organizational performance and value
• Conduct full cycle research involving data exploration and analytical modeling, using data from across the UKG product portfolio and external data sources, from data acquisition to compelling presentation
• Develop methodologies and guided process flows that can be turned into packaged analytic applications that help HR leaders understand key business value drivers and provide actionable recommendations to solve top-of-mind business problems such as improving employee retention and optimizing workforce utilization
• Maintain strong collaboration with Product and Engineering teams responsible for delivering analytics offerings. Provide them direction, guidance and assistance in authoring and managing detailed product roadmaps that realize the analytics enablement of UKG product portfolio
• Partner with AI product team to leverage the power of data science, predictive modeling, and Natural Language Processing in UKG analytic applications
• Partner with UKG teams providing strategic analytic services and business consulting to UKG customers. Seek opportunities to productize custom solutions delivered by them. Develop joint go-to-market strategies and compelling product & services bundles that maximize the ROI on customer investments in UKG solutions
