Description & Qualifications


1. Write high quality distributed system software
2. Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers
3. Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost and security
4. Ability to identify existing flaws in design and software code and able to fix existing bugs in the system
5. Develop technical solutions to meet business requirements using Java 8, Spring, Hibernate and Angular
6. Assist in training, work assignment and mentoring of less experienced developers
7. Provide training and mentor other engineers whenever required
8. Be a domain specialist in one or more technical programming language


Bachelor (B.Tech) or Master’s in computer science (MCA), or equivalent profession experience
10+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer or a Software Developer
Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Experience with distributed computing and enterprise-wide systems
Experience communicating with users, software development engineering teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
