UKG is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to be a key player on the UKG Pro SuccessCare team. As a Principal Solution Support Specialist (PSSS), you will be a part of a growing team delivering world class service to new customers. You will manage short-term engagements to provide new customers with solid foundational knowledge, as they transition out of Implementation, into Support. This will set them up for success in their journey, as a Partner for Life. As a member of the SuccessCare team, you will provide product guidance and best practice in the areas of Business Rules, Payroll, Security Administration, System Administration, and People Analytics. In this dynamic environment, the perfect candidate will be willing to be flexible and shift focus as priorities change.
Qualified candidates are self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly motivated to provide excellent customer service. Candidates will also possess an extensive knowledge of payroll and/or human resources concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Candidates with multi-functional expertise preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize UKG Pro system knowledge and technical capabilities to provide optimum solutions to customer’s unique needs
• Deliver virtual, interactive presentations to customers on various topics, working to improve customer’s understanding of the product
• Provide internal feedback on what and how we deliver, with the intent of continually improving our value to the customer
• Collaborate successfully with other UKG cross-functional teams
• Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals at various levels, internally and externally
• Create content that could be consumed in various ways (webinar, slide deck, live, etc)
• Provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction, by delivering timely resolutions and executing customer-focused commitments
• Participate in testing and validating system fixes, service releases, and enhancements
• Assist in the onboarding and continual development of peers

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of hands on UKG Pro experience
• 7+ years of experience in the HR/Payroll industry
• Multi-product / module skills
• Proven record with successful goals, in regards to retention and customer satisfaction
• Business acumen, problem solving, and project management skills required
• Experience in handling difficult, escalated, or sensitive situations
• Experience leading initiatives and developing a strategy for execution
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to distill and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities
• Exceptional organizational, time-management and planning skills with a strong attention to detail needed
• Excellent customer service skills
• SQL experience preferred
