About the Team
UKG is seeking a highly skilled Strategy Analyst to become an integral part of EPIC (Engineering, Product, Innovation, Cloud) within our Business Excellence organization. The Business Excellence division comprises three key organizations: EPIC Data, Business Operations, and Technology Vendor Management. Together, these entities work collaboratively to support EPIC leadership in achieving operational excellence, ensuring efficiency, and fostering accountability. By equipping them with essential tools and resources, Business Excellence empowers our EPIC leaders to consistently make informed business decisions of paramount importance.

About the Role
UKG is seeking an experienced Strategy Analyst to drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives within our organization. Working closely with senior leadership and various departments, you will assess current strategies, identify improvement opportunities, and provide expert guidance for business growth and operational efficiency. Your ability to translate ideas into action, attention to detail, and relentless pursuit of excellence will be crucial in implementing strategies that yield tangible results. Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with departmental leaders and stakeholders to identify operational challenges and areas for improvement.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement operational efficiency strategies, initiatives, and frameworks to drive process optimization and cost reduction.
• Utilize process mapping techniques to document current workflows and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation.
• Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and measure the impact of process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects, providing guidance and expertise to drive successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify technology solutions that can enhance operational efficiency and automate manual tasks.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging practices in operational efficiency to recommend and implement innovative approaches.
• Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.


Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, or a related field, preferably in a large organization.
• Knowledge of technology solutions and automation tools that support operational efficiency (e.g., workflow management systems, robotic process automation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and their practical application.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degree or certifications in process improvement methodologies are a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and building effective working relationships.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement projects, resulting in tangible operational efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders to adopt process improvements.
