Description

The Senior Principal Transformation Strategist will provide insights on HCM, technology and SaaS trends, including best in class cloud service experience and operations, to support decision making and problem solving, along with recommendations supported by industry research. Recommended strategies are clearly articulated (both internally and externally), well-defined and designed to deliver the very best experience to our customers. In this role you will collaborate with a broad spectrum of disciplines across the organization to understand current offerings and service approaches.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drive strategy evolution, working across the organization with Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to develop go-forward service, technology & operating strategies
• Collaborate with business leaders to review & refine
• Build strong relationships across the organization
• Analyze internal and external insights, leading exploration, research & strategy development
• Explore opportunities, develop supporting business cases, analyze and develop financial models for proposed solutions
• Work externally with customers and analysts to define & validate recommendations
• Develop messaging around the initiatives driving our evolution
• Assist with preparation for analyst briefings and communications

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• Strong working knowledge of SaaS operating and delivery models
• Professional Services, Customer Success and/or SaaS leadership experience
• Strong business process and/or operations experience
• Experience developing strategy deliverables including executive presentations, story boards, business cases
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and related tools for decision support (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
• Ability to quickly earn the trust of others and develop relationships across the organization
• Ability to gain support from stakeholders and manage projects with limited supervision
• Ability to manage/own multiple projects/programs simultaneously, prioritizing appropriately
• Ability to effectively lead peer & cross-functional teams to achieve results
• This is a versatile role that requires a strong curiosity, drive and depth of experience to craft go-forward strategy

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Management or similar
• 10+ years in operations, management or strategy roles. SaaS experience preferred
• Previous management consulting, leadership or "Big 4 Consulting" experience
• Strong operations knowledge across B2B technology functions including professional services, customer support, relationship management
• HCM knowledge or experience with benefits, tax ling, payroll, etc
• Previous experience with new product/service development and lifecycle management
