Responsibilities:

• Experienced in all duties of the Print Production Associate position
• Assist with training new employees in the Print Production Associate role
• Serve as subject matter expert in printing, sealing, shipping and/or quality control department
• Participate in wage attachment (garnishment) audit
• Shift leader during year end print production season

Qualifications

Basic Required Skills:

• Must have experience working during the year end print production season (W-2 forms, Canadian Tax forms, etc.)
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime as required during any calendar quarter-end and year-end job assignments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, FPS (Form and Print Service) Application, Uluro Document Management Software (uControl/uPrint), FedEx and UPS ship manager applications
• Other administrative experience such as filing paperwork, purchasing print shop supplies, and salesforce case management

Preferred Skills:

• Must be self-motivated
• Must be organized, proactive and possess strong decision making skills
