Description

As a Product Manager at UKG, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation. Straddling the line between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, you are well versed in product and business strategy; capable of communicating deftly about technical topics; and passionate about the importance of the platform as a first-class part of our product suite.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build and scale our Documents, Files, Forms & eSignature teams across our global, go-to-market agnostic platform strategy. Your work will impact both internal and external stakeholders regularly and will lead to shaping how our partners and customers integrate with our products and enable launching customers in diverse markets with many product configurations to support different go-to-market strategies.

Qualified candidates are highly motivated, innovative, and solution-driven with experience in shaping cohesive, customer service, support, and engagement experiences. Ideal candidates have experience in the adoption and application of technology solutions in this space including case management, customer contact systems, learning, and communities. This role will be pivotal to the success and evolution of our customer success experience as it scales to its next level while maintaining our position as an industry leader in its space. The ideal candidate is accomplished, high-energy, collaborative leader who has a proven track record.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a product management, prioritizing and managing a product backlog
• 18 months + experience driving product strategy informed by KPIs and business value
• 12 months + exposure to / experience within a platform context

Preferred Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with documents, forms, and signature platforms, preferably in a multi-tenant SaaS environment
• Direct experience with mobile and ubiquitous channel delivery
• You’re an analytical, metrics-driven thinker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered approach
• You are an evangelist of how platforms can unlock business value and customer experiences through self-serve APIs and tools
• You have a history of listening to users, understanding their needs, and creating improvements to meet those needs
• You have a strong track record of shaping and executing strategy for products through a roadmap and tight collaboration with engineering
• You learn new technologies quickly and can comfortably and effectively discuss the tradeoffs and benefits of various approaches with your product/engineering peers
• You can take deeply technical concepts and break them down in order to communicate with a wider audience
• You’re committed to collaboration and can work well with other business units to build iterative solutions that continuously deliver value
• You have a proven track record of entering a new space and building expertise rapidly
• You are a firm believer in a growth-based change mindset
